Processing time

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships.

All orders ship from our warehouse in Shenzhen, China.

Delivery time and cost

• United States: 7-15 business days
• Canada, UK, Europe, Australia: 10-20 business days
• Free standard shipping on orders over $50. Orders under $50 are charged a flat rate shown at checkout.

Customs and duties

International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes charged by your country. These are the buyer's responsibility.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your parcel has not arrived within 30 days of shipping, or arrives damaged, email figpalace@gmail.com with your order number and photos. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund.
